Single Storey Brick Extension

We constructed a single storey rear brick and interlocking tiled roof extension forming extra dining room and an extension to the bedroom.

The single storey extension was built first, once we had the extension built and secured we then fitted the new RSJ beams under the existing roof pan which then allowed us to take the old existing bungalow wall out allowing the existing kitchen and bedroom to be extended into the new extension.

All this work was carried out while the owner's of the property still living there, we made temporary walls keeping the dust out of the main house.
