East Brow Farm

East Brow Farm was a old farm house which had not had any major works carried out on it for 50 years. We carried out major works to fully refurbish this old farm house to create a new up to date habitable property. Major works were required to fully re-roof and insulate the roof to include new guttering. Internal works required to take down internal walls and partition walls to create larger rooms, steel was introduced to support floors and walls. All the ground floors were taken up and damp-proof concrete sub floor was laid with additional insulated chipboard floating floor on top of subfloor. The house required fully damp-proofing with the latest damp-proofing system required for this property. External alterations were required to create larger window openings to allow additional light into the property with new windows and door. New drainage and mains water were renewed. New plumbing and heating system was introduced to this house and a full re-wire was undertaken. This full house refurbishment took us 10 months to complete.
