When carrying out general work on properties such as Extension & Alterations, Gerard Taylor Ltd works closely with Quadrant Building Control to carry out inspections throughout there project. This private sector company inspects every phase of the project to make sure all our work is carried out under building control regulations and to a high standard.

When we carry out new build developments Gerard Taylor Ltd is a proud member of the Build-zone a national leading provider in the building sector for warranties & insurance, which means our work is inspected at stages through out the build so has to be executed with every aspect of the build been precise and correct to current building regulations as our work is given a 10 year warranty on completion by Build-zone.
Who are Quadrant?
In 2007 the four of us – Joe, Keith, Nick and Paul – set up Quadrant Building Control. Between us we had decades of experience in Building Control within Local Authority and in the private sector and we knew we wanted to take the best elements of both approaches to create an efficient, friendly and completely trustworthy Building Control company. We designed Quadrant to meet the demands of both an increasingly competitive commercial environment and for the householders who need straightforward and helpful Building Regulations approval.
