Re-Roof on Eastgate In Pickering
We carried out work on this grade two listed building were we took off all the existing ridge tiles, verge coping stones, roof tiles, old decayed felt and tile battens. We then treated all the existing timber with insect treatment, insulated the roof void the applied new roofshield breather membrane felt and tanalized timber tile battens. All the good existing roof tiles were refitted and the old decayed tiles were replaced by tiles to match. The existing gable verges were re-leaded and the existing coping stones and ridge tiles were rebedded.
